ILCA 6 - Brady Lowe

A field expert in Sports Management and in Elite Sailing Coaching, with experience running World Championship events, Coaching elite athletes, and developing industry leading training and Pathway programs.
Coaching experience includes Laser classes at Youth and International level, 29er, 49er, Nacra 15 and 17 and Yacht Racing and highlights include multiple Australian Championship and International regatta level successes.
The continual success of the growth of Youth and Pathway sport and success both in results and in activity is Brady's primary goal, creating a sport for life culture as well as fostering a performance mentality that extends off the field of play.

ILCA 4- Maddy Salter

A lady in SA that needs no introductions... a worlds 4.7 campaigner. She has A heart as big as SA ( Fun Fact:  SA is  2.5 times bigger than Texas - so - whoever came up with the saying " a heart as big as Texas"  hasn't been to OZ.. and certainly hasn't met Maddy!) . She will encourage and bring out the best in your sailor... leave nothing behind- because she will motivate you not too! An  Exceptionally experienced Instructor and sailor  who inspires and brings out the best in kids.
